at Oops-A-Daisy Farm
We bought our first Kinder goats in 2015 and quickly fell in love. These mid-sized, dual-purpose goats are ideal for homesteads and small farms.
Our does produce 1-3 quarts of milk each day, kid easily, and most have great mothering instincts. Their milk is sweet and creamy – without a “goaty” aftertaste. Solids and butterfat content are high, resulting in high yields when making farmstead cheeses.
Buck and wethers are stockier than standard dairy goat breeds. This allows for more meat on an animal that is still small enough to handle easily.
Our breeding stock is all registered with the Kinder Goat Breeders Association (KGBA) under the herd name, Windy Hill Kinders.
